Horseback riding camp program is for everyone who loves these beautiful and noble animals! For children 10 years and older. Live the feeling of freedom, headwinds and unity with nature! 2 groups: co-ed and girls only!

Now young heroes learn not only archery and crossbow shooting, fencing and overcoming obstacles, but also learn to be confident in the saddle. Stables, parade ground and walking area are located right on the camp property Children are engaged with healthy, well-groomed, friendly and well-behaved horses.
Horseback riding is a great workout for almost the whole body. During a horse ride, the respiratory and cardiovascular systems actively work, which helps to improve their functioning. Campers gain agility and improve movement coordination by engaging the vestibular apparatus to keep balance.

PROGRAM INCLUDES:

· horseback riding (including theory and horse care);

· dressage and show jumping;

· historical fencing;

· archery and crossbow shooting;

· shooting from the air pressure weapon;

· wall climbing, Sherwood rope course;

· hiking;

· arts & crafts;

· music studio;

· all-camp activities.

BENEFITS FOR BODY AND SPIRIT Association with horses awakens in children their best qualities, such as kindness, gentleness, honesty, mindfulness, confidence and many more. Daily classes help campers to lose weight, as walking at a fast pace is comparable to active walking or light running. To stay in the saddle, the rider puts a lot of effort. Almost all muscle groups are involved: femoral and calf, groin, abdominal, chest, biceps and others. This is a full and quite intense workout.
EXPERIENCED RIDERS We have all the necessary equipment in the camp stables. However, if your child is already engaged in horseback riding and prefers his/her own equipment, we recommend that your camper bring a helmet, riding breeches and special shoes. In addition to horseback riding, campers play outdoor sports, participate in camp adventure program and are involved in all-camp activities.
