Russia.
Camp Management Internship Training Program
The CMIT Program is an exchange program for the leaders of camp industry within two-week internships at a private camp in Russia. Participants will come back to their camps to promote reforming which is enhancing campers’ safety, developing a variety of adventure programs and creating enabling environment for personal growth.
CMIT achieves significant results by introducing program participants to Russian best practices and camp standards.
CMIT provides current and future camp leaders with the management knowledge and skills to organize, support and promote camps in their own countries.
Two weeks of practical experience in camp management from the beginning of the session to its completion under the guidance of the camp directors.
The host party provides the intern with an internal transfer, accommodation, meals, as well as a personal tutor and interpreter.

An experienced specialist who has been trained from a counselor to a program director. In 2023, she received public recognition and was awarded the honorary badge "Professional". She has been in the camp since 2009.
